The fees at the Practice are set by the doctors and reviewed annually. All consultations attract a fee – but charges do vary – those on pensions may pay a lesser fee at the treating doctors discretion. At present, our veterans are bulk billed under the DVA agreement. All consultations must be paid at the time of consultation.

Payment can be made via cash,cheque or EFTPOS. payment is required at the time of consultation.

For inpatient services quotes are given at preop consultation time and all financial consent is obtained. If the patient is experiencing financial difficulties arrangements can be facilitated in discussion with the Patient Liaison/Accounts manager.

Fees and Charges

To assist in making an informed decision about their health care, patients must be informed of the cost of care provided by our practice.

Costs may include the following:

  • Brief, standard and longer consultations
  • Late or missed appointments
  • Significant telephone or electronic communication (if applicable)
  • Care outside our practice’s normal opening hours.

Practitioners and staff advise patients of additional costs before treatments, investigations or procedures are performed by our practice. Additional costs may include the following:

  • Subcutaneous injections
  • Joint Injections
  • PRP procedures
  • Ultrasounds
  • Plaster checks and care
